During these difficult times, we are grateful to all our guests & associates for their support. We are pleased to offer extra flexibility for all direct bookings made through our website www.arisehotels.com, as well as through any direct channels like Live Chat, Hotel Direct or through our Customer Contact Centre. This will be available for all bookings made till 30 Nov 2020.
In summary, all bookings made through our website till 30 November 2020 will have the following flexible conditions:
- Free booking change 24 hours prior to check in, or date change to any future date
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
- If booking is pre-paid, we would be pleased to hold your deposit if you like.
Incase you have make a reservation at any of the Arise Hotels & Apartments, we will be pleased to offer these conditions till 30 Nov 2020.
For the bookings made with an online travel agent like Booking.com or Expedia, or any other source, please contact them directly.

We at Arise Hotels & Apartments have been working hard during these difficult times to continue operating all our hotels across Australia. We are committed to make sure our hotels are providing safe environment to all our guests and colleagues. All our hotels are complying with WHO standard cleaning procedures with all staff trained for COVID-19 Infection Control Training.

Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn’t provided, your booking will be cancelled upon arrival.
